At AuraiFlow, we want every woman to feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. Because our underwear is designed for intimate wear and personal wellbeing, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure that every piece you receive is fresh, clean, and exclusively yours.

Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on worn or tried-on underwear. We kindly ask that you refer to our Size Guide before purchasing to ensure your perfect fit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. To help our team take care of you as quickly as possible, please share a clear photo of the item and a short note describing the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are offered for orders that:

-Arrive with a manufacturing defect, or

-Were incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item, size, or color), or

-Are canceled before shipment.

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issues, please reach out to care@auraiflow.com, and our team will do our best to help you find a solution.

Exchanges

Because we value the comfort and safety of our customers, we cannot exchange underwear that has been worn, washed, or tried on. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — our team will do everything we can to help.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased during clearance events are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
